At Alessi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your design purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Alessi product boxes and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the provided return label.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
